The location of the hotel is amazing for business trips especially your stay should not exceed two days but in fact everything is old inside and the reservation manager told me they started renovating.
Mainly its fair in relation to price and purpose of the travel, but they have to renovate .

The bed was comfortable and room adequate relative to three star accommodation. 2 pm extendable to 6pm checkout time convenient for end of day flights.

Location of the hotel was very good. Staff were pleasant to deal with also.
The cleanliness of the rooms was poor. The corridor outside of the rooms had an awful smell and the rooms had a damp smell which was rather disturbing.

They wanted me to go to another hotel since they were over booked, the other one is very low standard, i refused. the whole hotel needs renovation, it is as if you are in the early 20'th, it is very out dated. brakfast is poor. GPS location is wrong, the correct one is :

Very Old, Hardly maintained. Bad carpets. Not of Tulip Inn standard

This hotel is renovated and they made from 2 rooms one room, resulting in a living room and small dining/office room. Convebnient if you have to stay a longer period or with family for a couple of days.
The maintenance could be better as e.g. a fire extinguisher was not in the "safe" and green zone; the bathroom needs some more fixation.

The hotel is not up to the standered despite it has tuilb name, I don't recommend this hotel at all. The hotel is old and lacks lots of maintenance.
